Complex structural fire protection “STABITERM-12” is a system consisting of fire-retardant rolled basalt material “STABITERM-BM13F” and fire-retardant adhesive composition “STABITERM-88”. Provides group 1 (R150 minutes) of fire retardant efficiency of metal structures with a reduced metal thickness of 3.1 mm or more, as well as group 3 (R 90 minutes) of fire retardant efficiency of metal structures with a given metal thickness of 2.4 mm or more.
- Used for fire protection of metal load-bearing structures in industrial and civil construction inside heated and unheated premises.
- The operating principle is based on the heat-insulating ability of the basalt material STABITERM-BM13F and the fire-retardant adhesive composition STABITERM-88, which protect the metal from overheating in the event of a fire and its destruction.
- Installation of basalt material on the surface of a metal structure is carried out by gluing it to a fire-retardant adhesive;
- Basalt mat covered with foil;
- Minimum application temperature -5c.
