At the same time, in relation to protection objects where major repairs, reconstruction or technical re-equipment have been carried out, the requirements of this Federal Law are applied to the extent corresponding to the scope of work for major repairs, reconstruction or technical re-equipment."; 4) in Article 6: a) part 1 should be stated as follows: "1. The fire safety of the protected object is considered ensured if one of the following conditions is met: 1) the fire safety requirements established by technical regulations adopted in accordance with the Federal Law “On Technical Regulation” are fully met, and the fire risk does not exceed the permissible values established by this Federal Law; 2) fire safety requirements established by technical regulations adopted in accordance with the Federal Law “On Technical Regulation” and regulatory documents on fire safety have been fully met."; b) part 2 is declared invalid; c) part 3 is stated as follows: "3. When fulfilling the mandatory fire safety requirements established by technical regulations adopted in accordance with the Federal Law “On Technical Regulation” and the requirements of regulatory documents on fire safety, as well as for protection facilities that were put into operation or the design documentation for which was sent for examination before the date of entry into force of this Federal Law, fire risk calculation is not required."; d) part 5 should be stated as follows: "5.

The owner of the object of protection or the person who owns the object of protection on the right of economic management, operational management or other legal basis provided for by federal law or agreement, who submitted the fire safety declaration, are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information contained in it in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation."; e) part 5 is declared invalid; f) part 6 is stated in the following wording: "6. For protection facilities put into operation after the date of entry into force of this Federal Law, fire safety declarations are submitted within one year from the date of their commissioning. It is allowed not to provide external fire-fighting water supply to populated areas with a population of up to 50 people, as well as detached buildings and structures located outside populated areas of functional fire hazard classes F1.2, F1.3, F1.4, F2.3, F2.4, F3 (except F3.4), which can simultaneously accommodate up to 50 people and whose volume is not more than 1000 cubic meters."; e) parts 6 – 18 shall be declared invalid; 40) in the title of Chapter 16 the words “buildings, structures and structures” shall be replaced with the words “buildings and structures”; 41) Article 69 shall be stated as follows: “Article 69. Fire distances must ensure the non-propagation of fire: 1) from forest plantings in forest areas (forest parks) to buildings and structures located: a) outside the territories of forest areas (forest parks); b) in the territories of forest districts (forest parks); 2) from forest plantations outside forest areas (forest parks) to buildings and structures. 3. The development of technological equipment and associated technological processes, the division of the technological scheme into separate technological blocks, its hardware design, the choice of the type of disconnecting devices and their installation locations, monitoring, control and emergency protection means, taking into account the elements of the fire safety system, must ensure that the values of the permissible fire risk for production facilities are not exceeded. 2. If there are fire-hazardous, fire-explosive and explosive process environments in the process equipment or the possibility of their formation, measures must be developed to ensure fire safety. 3. Technological equipment and associated technological processes must be designed in such a way as to prevent the possibility of an explosion and (or) fire in the technological equipment at regulated values of their parameters during normal operation. The regulated values of the parameters that determine the fire and explosion hazard of technological equipment and associated technological processes, the permissible range of their changes must be established by the developer of the specified equipment based on data on the maximum permissible values of parameters or their combination for the technological media involved in technological processes. 4. The design of technological equipment and the conditions for conducting associated technological processes must provide for the necessary modes and corresponding technical means designed for timely detection of the occurrence of fire hazardous emergency situations, limiting their further development, as well as limiting the flow of flammable substances and materials from technological equipment into the source of a possible fire."; 69) in Article 97: a) the name should be stated in the following wording: "Article 97. Placement of fire protection units and firefighters depot at production facilities"; b) add part 11 with the following content: "11. Fire departments are equipped with fire trucks based on the specifics of production facilities, the required water consumption for external fire extinguishing, the uniformity of fire extinguishing agents, as well as taking into account the indicators of fire hazard, toxicity, chemical activity of substances and materials stored and circulated at production facilities.
