Characteristics
It is used for fire protection of metal structures operated in atmospheric conditions or in rooms with high humidity, without applying finishing enamels.
The principle of operation is based on the formation of a porous heat-insulating layer under the influence of high temperatures (from 200c).

Advantages
- The fire-retardant coating “Stabiterm-219” is weather-resistant and does not require finishing protection for use in atmospheric conditions;
- Applied with airless applicators such as Graco, Wagner, Contracor;
- Compatible with primers from various domestic and foreign manufacturers,
including “Jotun”, “Hempel”. This is ensured due to the high degree of adhesion of the fire retardant coating to the surface being treated. - Dry residue not less than 65%,
which reduces the consumption of the composition per 1m2 of the treated surface. - It is possible to apply paint up to 1 mm in 1 pass, which significantly reduces labor costs.
- The guaranteed service life of the coating, subject to application conditions, is: Indoors – 25 years;
In atmospheric conditions – 20 years.
