Karshi is the centre of the Kashkadarya region, the country’s largest gas-producing region. For oil-and-gas, power and chemical sites in the region STABITERM supplies fire protection materials for steel structures, cables and penetrations.
Oil, gas and power in Kashkadarya
The region has gas-processing and gas-chemical complexes, a thermal power plant and the infrastructure serving them. Typical structures are outdoor process pipe racks, pipeline supports, cable racks and substations. Fire protection requirements are stricter at explosion- and fire-hazardous plants, and the structures stand in the open air.
