Navoi is one of Uzbekistan’s largest industrial centres. For mining-and-metallurgical, chemical and power facilities in the Navoi region STABITERM supplies fire protection materials for steel structures, cable routes and penetrations, delivered from its Tashkent warehouse.
Navoi industry and fire protection requirements
The region is known for mining, metallurgy and chemicals, thermal power and a free economic zone with new plants. Such sites have heavy steel structures, process pipe racks and branched cable systems, and part of the structures work outdoors — with hot summers and cold winters. Fire protection here is selected for the service conditions rather than by default.
What we protect in Navoi
- Frames of workshops and process buildings
- Outdoor pipe racks and pipeline supports
- Cable routes and penetrations at power facilities
- New buildings of free-economic-zone plants
How we select materials for the Navoi region
For outdoor structures — weather-resistant paints that need no topcoat: the solvent-based STABITERM 209 or the water-based STABITERM 219; for high fire-resistance ratings — the thick-film STABITERM 221. Paints are applied over GF-021 primer or equivalent (as agreed with the manufacturer STABITERM). Cables and penetrations — cable fire protection materials.
Delivery and documents
Delivery from our Tashkent warehouse to Navoi — usually the next day. Fire safety certificate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, certificate of conformity, quality passport for each batch — on request.
