STABITERM 221
05.04.2020

Characteristics
- Used for structural fire protection of metal structures
- Recommended for fire retardant treatment of metal structures with the required fire resistance limit R90,120,150 minutes and reduced metal thickness of less than 5.8 mm
- It has its own heat-insulating ability, which prevents metal structures from heating up in the event of a fire. Under the influence of high temperatures (from 200c) it forms a porous heat-insulating layer that provides additional protection.
- Color white
- One-component composition, ready for application
- Fire retardant efficiency from 90 to 150 minutes
for a given metal thickness of 2.4 mm or more
- Application temperature from 5c to 40c
- Guaranteed shelf life in unopened original packaging: 12 months
- Packaging: 17 kg
- Certification: Fire retardant effectiveness confirmed:
Certificate of conformity
C-RU.PB34.V.01586 dated 09/16/2014
Advantages
- Smooth, hard, white fire retardant coating with a high degree of resistance to mechanical stress. Over the course of its entire service life, the fire retardant coating completely retains its hard and dense texture;
- Applied with airless applicators such as Graco, Wagner, Contracor;
- Compatible with soils from various domestic and foreign manufacturers, including Jotun, Hempel. This is ensured due to the high degree of adhesion of the fire retardant coating to the surface being treated.
- Dry residue is at least 70%, which reduces the consumption of the composition per 1m2 of the treated surface;
- It is possible to apply paint up to 2 mm in 1 pass, which significantly reduces labor costs
- The guaranteed service life of the coating, subject to application conditions, is: indoors: 20 years; in atmospheric conditions: 15 years.
