STABITERM 010 is a fire-resistant sealant for sealing openings, joints (including movement joints) and junctions in fire barriers and building structures, and for forming cable and steel pipe penetrations through walls and floors. It stops fire, smoke and gas from passing into adjacent rooms.

How it works
STABITERM 010 is a high-viscosity, single-component, water-based acrylic compound. It tightly fills the joint or gap and keeps out smoke, gas and water. Its elasticity — elongation at break up to 100 % — lets the sealant work in joints that move.
Application
- With a sealant gun — from cartridges, into joints and narrow gaps.
- With a spatula — around penetration edges and into wide joints.
- With a high-pressure unit — for large volumes.
- The joint is filled without voids along its full depth and length.

As part of a penetration seal

Documents
The sealant has Uzbek documents: a fire safety certificate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a certificate of conformity and a quality passport for each batch. Available on request.
